It surprises people. Our kitchens are designed and built in Parma, Italy — shipped across an ocean — and still come in very competitive with Bay Area custom cabinetry.

Two reasons. The cost of labor is much less in Italy — loaded labor costs in the Bay Area run more than double what they are in Italy. And our factory builds at industrial scale: precision machinery running modular batch production, engineered with a rigor a one-off local shop can't match.

You don't pay for the ocean. You pay for the engineering.
