Luxury Italian Kitchens & Wardrobes in San Francisco
SCIC San Francisco is the Bay Area flagship showroom for SCIC Italia, offering bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closet systems, and architectural cabinetry manufactured in Parma, Italy since 1948. We work with homeowners, interior designers, architects, builders, and developers throughout San Francisco, Marin, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, Napa, and Sonoma.
What Makes SCIC Italia Different
SCIC isn't imported furniture — it's manufactured cabinetry from a 750,000-square-foot production facility in Viarolo di Parma, where SCIC has built kitchens for over 75 years. SCIC is the manufacturing partner behind Fendi Casa, Karl Lagerfeld Maison, Elie Saab Maison, and Pagani Residences, and SCIC acquired Schiffini, the historic Italian kitchen brand known for architectural minimalism.
Every SCIC San Francisco project is personally managed start to finish — we inspect each piece off the container, oversee the offload to site, and coordinate factory-trained Italian installers flown in directly from Parma. This isn't a showroom that hands you off to a subcontractor. The person who sold you the kitchen is the person standing in your kitchen during install.

Local Proof
SCIC San Francisco delivered the cabinetry for 31 luxury homes at Yerba Buena Island, one of San Francisco's largest active residential developments — supplying kitchens, butler's kitchens, laundries, and vanities across the full project. Developer - Wilson Meany; Architect Hart Howerton; Builder Plant Construction.
We were also selected for the 2024 San Francisco Decorator Showcase, held at the historic Bliss Estate at 2898 Broadway in Pacific Heights. In collaboration with Lexie Saine Design, SCIC created "Her Closet" — a primary wardrobe from our Night Collection featuring Italian Alcantara on glass doors, bronze-framed glass, Walnut Tecno surface cabinets, and integrated LED lighting.

Luxury Italian Wardrobes & Walk-In Closets
SCIC San Francisco is also the Bay Area's flagship source for SCIC's Night Collection — luxury Italian wardrobe and walk-in closet systems manufactured in the same Parma facility as our kitchens. Every system is built to order: modular configurations, integrated lighting, and finish options that match or complement your kitchen cabinetry for a unified whole-home design.
Unlike national closet franchises, SCIC wardrobe systems are Italian-manufactured furniture, not site-built inserts — the same construction standard, materials, and factory-trained installation as our kitchens. Our showroom displays full wardrobe and closet configurations you can walk through in person, not just door samples.
Available for private tour by appointment at our San Francisco Design District showroom.
One standout system on display: an open wardrobe with electrified rail shelving — glass shelves that can be repositioned anywhere along the rail and stay lit — paired with a double island featuring glass tops, Alcantara side padding and drawer fronts, brass hardware, and a hidden compartment built into the center.
